Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable. Besides the open dining room near the pool where breakfast is also served, there is a bar/restaurant at the street side called ‘Praline’ which is absolutely great!

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the restaurant had quite a great buffet with western and many Asian items to choose from as well as fresh fruit and juice, cappuccino etc… We also had dinner twice in the restaurants, very good pasta carbonara and soto ayam.

this hotel located in the middle of the city. the access quite easy. the breakfast is awesome there's many variety in the breakfast. the staff give us the room that my family always book.

The receptionist is very nice, she manages to book another 2 nights for me at the same room. The cleaning service is also nice. I can drop laundry to him.

The location is just perfect, very strategic and close to all the suggested eating places. The staffs are all nice and accomodating. Both restaurants (Kayu Manis and Praline) serves great food.
